1. Refund Eligibility

A refund is available only in the following cases:

Payment was successful but the report was not delivered.
A verified technical error prevented report generation or access.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

Disagreement with interpretation or insights.
Any request made after successful report delivery.
