By accessing or using Rajmarg360 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rajmarg360 provides spiritual guidance readings combining Vedic Astrology, Numerology, Tarot, and Palmistry through an AI-powered assistant called VED. Readings are generated algorithmically and are for informational and entertainment purposes only.

3. Not Professional Advice

The readings and guidance provided by VED do not constitute medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice. Always consult qualified professionals for decisions in these areas.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Payments

Readings are offered at two tiers: Essential (₹49) and Complete (₹119).
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
All sales are final once a reading has been generated, subject to our Refund Policy.

6. Content Ownership

Generated readings and PDF reports are for your personal use. You may share them but may not sell or commercially distribute them.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Do not attempt to circumvent payment or access tiers you have not purchased.
Do not abuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer the Service.
Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rajmarg360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
