1. General Policy
Due to the digital and personalised nature of our readings, all sales are generally final once a reading has been generated. However, we understand that exceptions may arise.
2. Eligibility for Refund
- Before Reading: Full refund if you cancel before the reading process begins.
- Technical Failure: Full refund if the reading fails to generate due to a technical error on our end.
- Duplicate Payment: Full refund for accidental duplicate charges.
3. Not Eligible for Refund
- Readings that have been successfully generated and delivered.
- Dissatisfaction with the content of a delivered reading.
- Readings where user-provided information was inaccurate.
4. How to Request a Refund
Contact us at support@rajmarg360.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details and reason for the refund request.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method through Razorpay.
